Vacation rental & commercial are priced at flat rate pricing.

We can accept cash, check, or invoicing via client portal.

Payments are due at the time of service.

Labor hours= every hour a maid is servicing your home is $50. Ex, if you have 2 maids for 2 hours your labor hours= 4.
