Are you licensed & insured?

Yes, we are licensed and carry liability insurance as well as workers compensation insurance.

Does our maid arrive with supplies?

Yes, your maid will always arrive fully prepared with all the supplies needed to provide you with a sparkling clean home!

Will I have the same maid every time?

You will have the same maid every time, unless you prefer to have a different maid.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 2 day cancellation policy. For any same day cancellations you will be charged for the cost of your appointment since we are unable to fill your missed appointment for the day. Lockouts are considered a same day cancellation.

Do I need to be home?

You do not have to be home, but if you will not be there you will need to pre arrange how the maid will enter your home as well as procedures to exiting your home.

When do I pay?

Payments are required at the time of service, unless prearranged with Karra.

Forms of payment accepted?

We accept cash, check, and credit cards.

Do you provide extra services beyond cleaning?

Yes, if you have extra requests such as laundry, organizing, etc. discuss this with us when booking your appointment and we will make sure to provide you with those services with your appointment.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

You may reschedule your appointment at anytime, contact Karra at 208.620.1709 to reschedule. We do require a 2 day cancellation policy.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we provide all customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! All mistakes need to be reported within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will come back to fix any mistakes to customer satisfaction. We do not offer refunds on appointments.

Is my maid allowed to wash windows?

Yes, your maid is allowed to clean all interior windows and bottom floor exterior windows. But, never any windows that would require using a ladder. Ex. second floor exterior windows.

Do you provide weekend and evening appointments?

Yes, we provide evening and weekend appointments upon request and availability.

What areas do you serve?

We provide services in Coeur d'Alene, Spirit lake, Athol, Rathdrum, Hayden, Post falls, Hauser, and surrounding areas.

What is the client hub?

The client hub is where you can log in and see all of your past appointments, current appointments, any remaining balances, put in work requests, and see prior work requests.

Is my maid allowed to clean animal vomit or feces?

Due to health concerns for our staff, your maid will be unable to clean any animal vomit or feces. As well, we cannot allow our staff to clean litter boxes.

At the time of booking your cleaning appointment you are agreeing to Karra’s Housekeepings terms of services which will be emailed to you at the time of booking.
